The Creative Sisterhood Platform is a part of the Achieve CCS Erasmus project that aims at encouraging women in creative and cultural decision-making positions. This means tackling wage differentials and gender-based discrimination in general. Through this initiative, more diversified training and better opportunities to support professional growth. Overall, the goal is to achieve greater gender equality in a more inclusive industry.
The European project Erasmus+ Achieve CCS, co-funded by the European Union, brings together six organizations from France, Greece, Ireland, Turkey and Ukraine. This project began in April 2024 and will end in June 2026.
Enhancing the involvement and presence of young women in leadership and decision-making positions within the CCS. This platform aims at tackling issues like the gender pay gap and various forms of gender-based discrimination. It offers young women access to training, mentorship, and networking opportunities to bolster their professional growth. It seeks to promote gender equality and diversity in CCS, inspiring greater inclusivity in the industry.
The mission of this virtual multi-space is to create an open digital environment where training, collaboration and co-creation digital tools will be available and will serve as a space for networking and promotion of female creativity, including hosting a virtual exhibition of women’s art and culture projects. We aim at ensuring open access to all through the digitization of materials, creating a women’s artistic/cultural community, strengthening contacts with the local community, and promoting democratic dialogue.

This platform will provide the WP3 educational material, communication tools, and mentoring to enhance participants' employability opportunities and directly link the developed knowledge with its application in the labour market. The platform will be accessible in all partners national languages and will allow open access to all users, beyond the project's life cycle.
Participants will form art clubs, per partner country, and will start planning the project they want to present at the exhibition. The clubs will meet regularly, under the guidance of the youth worker, who will take on the role of mentor/coordinator. Members will be responsible for their exhibits' audio/visual display. At the end of the club meetings, art clubs will deliver their final project, marking the launching of the ACHIEVE CCS Virtual Exhibition.
The exhibition will take place online, contributing to the engagement of participants with local communities and promoting youth networking. The digital aspect will further audience reach while ensuring that the exhibition remains open and free to all users. All exhibits will bear the name and signature of the artist, promoting her work, while there will be no ceiling in artistic expression, giving space to a variety of different art forms, such as paintings, poems/creative writing, music, videos, comics, etc.
