CBE Sud Luberon is a non-profit organization established in 1982 and dedicated to Extended Local Social Dialogue. Its objective is to promote employment, highlighting and supporting local initiatives. Private or public, individual or collective, it seeks to create synergies linked to economic activities, land planning and human potentials on which the South Luberon identity is based. Founded in 1982, it is recognized by prefectural agreement since the 2nd august 2004: granted for three years, the agreement is based on specifications and an action program elaborated in consultation with the State services. Representatives of the devolved State services and Local Authorities are systematically associated to the CBE projects. The Board of Directors, composed of 21 members, is divided in 5 Colleges: elected representatives, company managers, trade unions, organizations of Social Economy, associated partners (consultative voice). The creation and organization of a CBE respond to a common will of local socio-economic actors. This expression of local democracy assures the efficiency and pertinence of the actions conducted.
Eurospeak began as a private English language school based in the UK which is accredited by the British Council and the Independent Schools Inspectorate (ISI). In 2021, we continued to expand and established our educational technology focussed spin-off, Eurospeak Ireland. Eurospeak Ireland is an educational technology company dedicated to delivering educational products and training. We deliver online English language classes tailored to the needs of individuals and groups as well as design and develop innovative educational tools such as e-courses, online assessments, and more. The English courses we provide include Business English, IELTS test preparation, and ‘bootcamps’ for groups with a specific purpose. Additionally, Eurospeak has a special focus on helping disadvantaged groups, whom we aim to support through our participation in Erasmus+ projects. Eurospeak promotes actions that take an innovative and creative approach to the inclusion of marginalised groups such as migrants, refugees, the unemployed, LGBT+, and older people. Eurospeak also offers services related to EU funding such as proposal writing and project evaluation.
Institute of Entrepreneurship Development (iED) is an award-winning Greek non-profit organisation committed to the promotion of innovation and the enhancement of the entrepreneurial spirit. Established in 2005, in Larissa, Greece, iED is a certified leading Center of Excellence in European entrepreneurship and a fast-growing Digital Innovation Hub, registered as a member of the European Commission’s catalog of DIHs.
MEGA, founded in 2020, is an NGO focusing mainly on youth participation, intercultural understanding, active citizenship both for adults and youth, entrepreneurship, sports, peacebuilding, but also art and culture. MEGA is also giving great attention to improving the intercultural competence of young people, especially newcomers such as refugees, migrants, etc. as a key competence for understanding each other and living happily together.

The non-governmental organization “Volyn Foundation” (VF) was founded in Lutsk, Ukraine on October 26 2017. Our work is focused on the preservation and promotion of historical and cultural heritage, digitalization, environmental protection, education and cultural cooperation, organization of cultural events and festivals, networking and creative industries. Our members are included in the organizing committees of a number of Ukrainian and local festivals with a focus on tangible and intangible cultural heritage popularization and cross-cultural cooperation. Since 2022 we have been members of the Culture Action Europe Network and CARARE Network. At the beginning of 2023, VF was added to the EUROPEANACOMMUNICATORS list within the EUROPEANA – Europe’s digital platform for cultural heritage.
